Application Requirements
Applicants are required to submit the following:
- Completed BRIDGE Collaborative Training Program form
- Two short essays (no more than 1 page each)
- Resume/Curriculum vitae (CV)
- Academic transcript (Official/Unofficial)
- Contact information of 2 recommenders
Short Essays
Please upload each short essay as a Word Document or PDF directly to the application portal. Each short essay should be no longer than a page (~500 words single-spaced). Please use 12pt font.
Short Essay #1: Write a statement of purpose outlining your interest in research and how the BRIDGE Collaborative Training experience will assist in your educational and career development.
Short Essay #2: Tell us about an experience in which you demonstrated a commitment to health equity. This may include previous internships, campus employment, volunteering, and/or other commitments.
Letters of Recommendation
All applicants are required to upload contact information for two recommenders (e.g., professor, employer, mentor, etc.). We will contact the recommenders and ask them to provide their letter of recommendation on behalf of the applicant. The BRIDGE Collaborative Training Program staff will verify the information of all listed recommenders.
Applications are due no later than November 15th, 11:59 PM EST.
