Peer Mentors

Peer mentors are individuals who share many of the experiences and challenges the scholars may face. The mentors will support accepted applicants by guiding them through the structure and expectations of the program, assist them in navigating institutional obstacles, as well as providing insight into academic and professional opportunities. Additionally, peer mentors will serve as valuable sources of encouragement and advice, fostering a supportive environment that promotes both personal and professional growth. Through regular engagement and mentorship, scholars will be better equipped to build meaningful connections, and make informed decisions regarding their future career paths.
